Coping With Vasectomy

I had the vasectomy done on a Thursday at my family doctor. He said he instructed students on the procedure. I trusted him I’ve been seeing him for the last twelve years. My wife turned the car around went back to the office. Had to be wheeled in.

He squeezed the blood out of my scrotum for twenty minutes. Then I had to put pressure on it for about thirty minutes. I went in at 8:30am. Didn’t leave till about 5:00pm. Could not get out of bed for five days. Didn’t go back to work for two weeks. Still was bleeding at twelve days after the surgery. So don’t take it as a simple procedure. My doctor did say he nipped a few vessels and said he was sorry. But that doesn’t make up for all the pain and suffering I went through. And the work I missed. Just be sure to find a good urologist ask people you know do your research. It will pay off.
