To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Varicocele So I have varicocele and have had it for at least the past 5 years. I actually never thought it was weird until I noticed that the scrotum did catch my attention as feeling quite enlarged and wormy feeling. Then I did at times start feeling a slight increase in warmth in the scrotum when I was just hanging out sitting down or something, and I grew interested in finding out what was going on. But one day I went to the emergency room because I felt a strange kind of painful burning sensation in my groin and while being there they examined my penis and scrotum, and so I inevitably asked about it, and was told that my scrotum was normal as the other people’s who have this common problem of varicocele The doctor told me that I shouldn’t worry and that aside from feeling like a bag of worms, it just made the scrotum appear larger and at times warmer. And I will say that my balls do look much larger than other people’s do. Nevertheless, should I be worried about the strange burning sensation i felt in my crotch, above the rightside of my scrotum? As well, I have noticed that it looks as though my scrotum is breathing at times. I know it sounds weird, but it may go up and down, as if retracting, kind of as if it is moving on it’s own from the inside. It only happens on the left side where it is wormy. Is this normal of varicocele or should I worry it is something else? I am a 24 year old, by the way. Also, I do have those pearly papules that ring around my penis head, and am not circumsized. I am a virgin, but have had various experiences with foreplay, especially have been given many blow jobs. I also have found two small angiofibromas on both sides of the scrotum, and have had various problems with the epidermis of my foreskin for I have experienced foliculitis(sp?) problems. So as you can see this all sucks for I think aside from trying to stay abstinent as a teen and young adult, eventually all of these problems have made me very self-conscious of my sexual performance or how someone will react to noticing any of the above listed problems. Oh yeah, I have also had none std (proven by clinical test) small separate warts in the inner thigh or hamstring area, and as a child was unfortunately badly burned by a firecracker that my cousin put in my shorts and burned the foreskin on the underpart of my penis shaft (would this obstruct my penis from growing to its full potential, by the way?)
