varicocele bilateral

I went to a hospital for consultation with regards to a continous pain that i was experiencing a month ago on lower left portion of my scrotum and i felt something like a bag of worms attached to it. I underwent scrotal utrasound which later found out by the urologist that varicole viens became tortous and dilated.

I’m also experiencing some faintness on my left leg that is frequently associated with pain and numbness. What proper medical action should I take to prevent the varicocele veins from further developing?
