Prolapse?????

I Just turned 63. I’ve had a total hysterectomy quite a few years ago. I’ve had many surgeries in my life. Such as lower spine with fusion and decompression and now with bars and screws. Appendix, most of my neck has been fused due to ruptured disc etc. and navel retied, reflux surgery etc. But now I have one thing I don’t know what to make of it.

A couple a months ago, I noticed something different regarding my cervix or vagina. I have a growth coming out of my vagina. I couldn’t help but check this out, so out with my bio mirror and (I know this sounds crazy/weird whatever, but it looks like I was growing a little penis. It appears to be a polp a fairly long one now that is hanging out. But I also was checking about prolapse. I notice, I don’t just have one of these things, but several.

I can not really urinate on my own, although I feel I have the need to go. I sit and sit. If I try and push, I end up haveing a bowel movement and then I can urinate. Sometimes both happen at one time, other times I have a bowl movement first. My bowel movements are inconsistant. Some times I have no control of my bowel movements, and then there are ones that are diarrea, or other times they may be real soft like and then there are the ones that are hard to pass and they are similiar like a reg. and large size marbles.

My lower back aches, and feel blowed. I can associate my back ache with my lower Spine surgery where they worked on L-3,L-4, L-5 and S-1. (So I have spacers and 2 bars screwed into my vertabraes for stablization. But now this, so Does anyone have any idea as to what this may be. I don’t have a uterus so it couldn’t be that. I know I trier easily, but that could be anything.

Any input would be greatly appreciated. I finally got an appointment with an OB-GYN but I’m new here to CA, so I know these Dr. don’t have a clue as to all my history.
