My mother 84 years

Hoping someone has other condition as my mum. She is 84 has a prolapse womb and a urinal cathetor. Mum needs an operation to repair the womb- however due to cathetor/age concerned about result. Gyno. said they are both too close together (Bladder/Prolapse) She is always uncomfortable unhappy and we do not know where to go to next. Caring and informative Urologist are hard to find can anyone help.
