Bladder Tack with Hysterectomy

In 1996, I had a complete hysterectomy along with a bladder tack. I’m not sure which procedure was used for the bladder tack. At the time, I was wearing pads every day. Approx. 5-6 yrs ago during a doctor’s visit, I asked my PA to check & see if my bladder had dropped again. It had.

I am considered morbidly obese. I am 5′ 1/2″ and weigh approx. 250 lbs. I am separated at the moment but am making new friends who want to have sex with me. I would like to know if the dropped bladder will affect the sex act itself. And will my partner be able to feel it during intercourse.
