To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Bladder Battles I was diagnosed to have bladder TB in October last year and had been taking meds for 5 months now. They did a lot of tests such as cystoscopy CT scan, series of urine tests and blood tests, biopsy and thought it was an infection but I had a skin test done and was positive for TB and urine test was done to culture for AFB and concluded that I have TB bladder based on my chronic UTI Aside from this I have hypertension and had angioplasty last March with stent procedure. My problem is my frequent and painful urination. I am sleep deprived because I have to go to the bathroom like every 20 min. If I get to sleep for say a straight one hour and hold my pee for that long, I have trouble passing urine..it’s so painful and burning in the tip of my urethra. Even when I cough, it’s so painful. I would take pain meds but still no relief. Do you have any similar experiences?? My urologist is recommending another cystoscopy but I am reluctant due to trauma in my urethra from the previous procedures I had. Any comments?? Comments
