UTI After Sex PREVENTION

I suffer from recurrent bladder infections. I am 29 and started getting them more frequently when I became sexually active at 17, so I’ve been dealing with this a long time.

Pee after sex. Even if you don’t feel like you have to and even if you don’t want to. Every time. This will flush the bacteria out that have been pushed inside the urethra through friction.

Drink a juice that is at least 27% cranberry juice or take cranberry pills every day.

I just read about a few teas online, golden seal and uva something. I don’t know anything about them though to recommend them.

I’m going to go to the co-op tomorrow and check out the natural remedies because the last time I had sex I didn’t pee, so now I have a UTI Grrrr. I’ve been told it’s just the way some women are “built”.
