Incontinence from an auto accident?

Does anyone think this could be caused by an auto accident? I was in an accident in May 2008 and because I was not wearing a seatbelt, I was thrown around the vehicle severly when it rolled. Since that time, I’ve had problems with wetting & dribbling (for lack of better words). I’m 47 and have never had any problems with this before so I was just wondering.
