You can have a high T level or optimal as they say, but a low free T level and show all the symptoms and problems of low T such as me. My free level is 5.2 no energy, haven’t had sex in months, my wife is hanging in there, but wants her old husband back. My adrenals are shot, found outi had terrible sleep apnea with a night time titration level of 56% so I go on CPAP. Have been on and off antibiotics for 1.5 yrs. To kill this bastard bug in me, 5 total L hip replacements because I’m 6′8″ and the rascals either broke or dislocated. Was dealing or am dealing with chronic fatigue S. They love labels…..here’s the question finally. Does anyone. Agree that 5.2 free T level is low enough to cause some of the fatigue issues? Just started androgel 1% 25 mg yesterday.
