To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download I am 35 this can’t be happening When I turned 33 I shifted my work schedule to nights. It was very hard. 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. is a killer. After a year I went to my doctor for my annual physical. I told my Doc that I was tired all the time, but its probably because I work nights. He checked my history. I am in the beginning stages of Osteopenia. Thanks MOM! So he said lets check your T levels. I told him I doubt that is a problem since all the plumbing seems to be working at least 4 times a week. But I agreed. It came back as 196. I was shocked. The Doc explained to me the symptoms and low and behold I had them all. What I attributed to working nights was actually low T. I took 1cc shots for a month an half. Still my T level dropped to 110. Doc told me he was upping my shots to 2cc. He also told me to check my life style. Cut out the beer, stop masturbating more than 2 times a week, and increase my vitamin B intake. So now I am in week two of this plan and it seems to be working. I have more energy and my work outs seem to be going very well. I will let you know how it works in the coming months! Comments
