muscle after age 65

two years ago I nearly died from sepsis, a result of complications from diverticulitis — 3 weeks in a coma and 4 different hospitals. When I survived I was extremely emaciated, arms thinner than my wife (who is herself thin). My testoserone levels were very low. My doctor put me on Androgel and now, a year later, I’ve put on about 25 lbs of muscle and am bench-pressing 205 lbs for 3 repititions. Now that’s not much, but since I’m 65 years old most think it’s pretty good
