Low Testosterone at 26?

Facebook Twitter

At the young age of 26 I started feeling sluggish and slept all the time. This was not my lifestyle, but like a hitting a brick wall my energy levels just evaporated. I was always a very, very active person. Sport, lifting weights, and chasing the ladies were everyday things. went from having an over the top energy level, to sleeping and whining about being tired in the gym halfway through a simple workout.

My wife finally convinced me to go to the doctor and have my T levels checked. Sure enough they were “abnormally low” for my age. Great, now what? So I went to a urologist and he put me on T injections. I loved it, I had more energy than one man needs, I didnt know what to do with all of it. Well, after 3 months of this the doc decided to place me on the gel treatment, just to see how I responded to them.

I applied Testim for two months and seemed to maintain and adequate level of energy. Nothing like the injections provided though. Next, I switched urologist and this new doc decided to take me off treatment entirely to recheck my T levels. It has been a month now and my energy levels and sex drive is in the pits again.

It depressing, there is so much I want to accomplish, but don’t feel like doing anything, ever! I try to compensate with energy drinks and caffeine pills, but they dont help much. The doc says that prolonged treatment will make my testicles shrink away to nothing so naturally I was more than willing to go off the treatment and at pray that my level had increased. No luck. My question is… if I go back on the treatment will my testicles “shrink”? and what in the world could possible cause such a young man to absolutely not produce testosterone anymore? What malfunctions in my body? Are there any natural practices I can use?

I ve tried thing like ZMA, eating large amount of broccoli, getting plenty of rest, maintaining and adequate workout routine, having regular sex to boast my t levels. Nothing is helping much. Any advise? Anyone?
