    I am 42 years old and had my first experience with prostate problems 6 months ago in May of 2009. I didn’t know what was going on because I had never even heard of prostatitis before. My symptoms were burning upon urination, groin pain, a very warm sensation throughout the groin, and pain in the genitals. The worst symptom was the intense “prickly” feeling all over the groin.
