DEALING WITH DADS AGGRESSIVE PROSTATE CANCER

My dad has just been diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer he is 72. It has spread to his lymph nodes and may have spread to his bones. We find out next week. He has just started hormone injections, taken every 3 mths and will start radiation in a month. Can anyone let me know if they know of someone going through a similar type of cancer. I am finding it very hard to cope with this diagnosis and would like to know what is the best way I can deal with this.
