To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download May 29th 2007 Radical Prosectamy Surgical procedure [Radical Prostatectomy] went reasonablely well. Minor complications with pain in right hip and numbness in upper thigh. Doctors indicated that this would go away in a couple of days afer the epedural was removed. It is now 2 weeks and no change. Now they are indicating several weeks because of a possible pinched nerve a C4 in my back. The other issue is simmilar to the writer on 23 APR 2007. Post operation bladder control is non exsistant. Every time you stand up there is the potential to leave a puddle on the floor. This information was not provided to me until the day the cateder came out when the doctor said you will have no control. Not alot has changed since that day. The exercises were provided on a piece of paper and said do them faithfully and you will see results soon. The paperwork says a few weeks. Two weeks down since the surgery. How many is a few. Time will tell and it is very frustrating for me and my wife. Not what we expected. A prisoner in your own home. Comments
