Coping With Premature Ejaculation

Need help and need to be told –

31 asian male - 5′11” - 150lbs - normal health condition ( had physical last month , dr. said i was a healthy man and i needed to quit smoking )

broght up with very strong antisex be4 marriage morals ( very conservative culture ) — if it’s told million times , it does affect your brain –anyways , i was a virgin till 26 - with no social ( sex realated skills - had sex with prostitue ( safe sex with condom ) — it lasted less than a min — felt very guilty …..

anyways - got hooked to them spas that offered other treatements - sex to be clear - used that services for few years — finally got married @ age of 27-28 /

wife was conservatinve also - Virgin on our first night - consentual arranged marriage ( no sex be4 marriage thing )

here i am , almost 32 , with 2 kids - still struggling with my sex life

i remember growing up - @ 15 i really had to stimulate my penis to get fluides out — clear white fluid - pre cum if you will

@ 16 starated getting sperm ( white stuff with clear fluid )

i suffer from PE - PREMATURE EJECULATION

my penis is very sensitive - hyper if you will , just thought of beautiful naked women will arouse me and get me hard , in seconds

i finally went to doctor last month since i was over the denial period , sex with my wife ( intercourse ) does not last more than a minute , if that..

Doctor , gave me Effexor - i took it for 15 days , 1st 7 days 35 mg then 75 mg next week /// it works wonders - i went on to have intercourse with my wife for 15-20 mins without coming out ….

then i told a friend ( not a doctor - but well read ) — he has similar problem but not this bad , he reasearched the EFFEXOR on internet and told me some horrible stories about it , which i confirmed myself on internet

i had side effects when i was taking effexor , which doctor had told me - — going blank for few seconds and feeling drowsy and bad dreams - some trbl sleeping straight 8 hours ( would wake up every few hours ) but i thought it was normal and the effect was fading away after few days……

to make long story short i am back to square 1 - not having taken the medicine , i do not last much longer ….

i don’t know what my problem is — i am suffering from PE cause i had not had multiple sex partners ( except few prostitutes in spas ) till late age ???
