well, i started doing penis exercises ( jelqin etc… ) but i had problems with the kegels ( pc exercises ) -
the problem was and is that i am having premature ejaculation . then i started making a research on the internet and found articles saying that kegels cause premature ejaculation . so i stoped doing it. although i found another website mentioning that kegels will make men ejaculating fastlty just at the begning, after some time it will certly delay men ejaculation. So my friends, what should i do ??? i am lost. tks
