Verapamil injections

I want to strongly advise against verapamil injections. I was told by my health care practitioner that while a cure could not be guaranteed, there was no adverse risks involved. This turned out to be completely false. The resulting pain, plaque, and subsequesnt deformity from the injection sites now make my peyronies problem at least five times worse than if I had left things as is. What is even more frustrating, is that these injections were made at least an inch farther away from being adjacent to the original single plaque site. I feel violated, cheated, and lied to. No one has the right to administer medical treatment without first informing the patient of real possible(in my case, probable) adverse side effects, especially when specifically asked by me, the patient. I am strongly considering a malpractice suit, not for the money, but to protect other men from needless additional disfiguration. By the way, these treatments were recommended by a nationally recognized urologist and administered by a urology department at a top rated university hospital. I wonder how many men have undergone the same devastating disappointment as I have. I have gone from being able to have sex with some inconvenience to being impotent. Not exactly the result I was looking for.
