Pain on pelvic area above the penis and the testicles-

my son is 12yrs old and had an appendectomy in 09/20/08 and within a week after he started to experience pain on the pelvic, testicles and pain when he pees as well as some pain on his lower back he is unable to walk due to the pain since its always there or it gets worse. he has had a MRI & CATscan which were normal only shows that he has a fluid on the inguinal right side but again the dr’s said that its ok…he has lost about 20 pound since all this. please if anyone can help us….thanks and God bless
