To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Zoey & Karie’s Story - VUR I (Karie) am 30 years old and was diagnosed with reflux at age 2. I underwent a ureter reimplantation at 28 months and have been well since. It was a major surgery back then. I think my mom said a 15 day hospital stay. My daughter Zoey has been diagnosed with grade 2 reflux on the left side. Her ped. urologist put us on daily antibiotics, miralax (to control constipation), and pro-biotics (a daily supplement with live culture such as yogurt). He said to wait until she is potty trained and he thought it would take care of itself. Hope so! If anyone has any wisdom for me it would be greatly appreciated!! Comments
