The doc prescribed a medicine and said I might have to keep taking this all my life. I was so angry as I am just 30 I did not take the medicine and kept trying different things…. I can now say that I am quite in control of my life having reduced toilet visits from 15 times a day to 5-6 …here are a few things that I did and it helped me a lot I hope it helps others … good luck. |
