Uniary frequencly during the nigh

I am a 61 yr old diabetic and for the last 6 years have suffered nocturia. I need to go to the loo on a good night 4 times, on a bad night 8 times. I have spent the last 6 years feeling exhausted and depressed.

My poor sleep has reduced my quality of life to the extent that I go to sleep whenever I sit down and on many occations have been afraid of going to sleep whilst driving. My brain does not function properly and my memory is atrocious.

I have done all the things my continence advisor has asked me to do but it has not improved my symptoms at all. I do not have problems during the day but as soon as I lie down I need to go to the toilet. If anyone has any good ideas or advice as to drug therapy it would be very gratefully received.

Kind regards
