DAMAGED BLADDER

IN 1997 I NEARLY DIED FROM COLITIS, A RARE KIND. MY MUSCLE FLOOR OF MY BLADDER DETERIATED AND I NO LONGER CAN HOLD WATER FROM LEAKING. MY BLADDER DOES RETAIN SOME WATER. CONSEQUENTLY I WEAR HEAVY UNDERWARE AND PADS. I HAVE TRIED ALL KINDS OF PILLS, BUT NOTHING HELPS. THEY SAY SURGERY IS NO OPTION AS I WOULD HAVE TO WEAR A CATHER ALL THE TIME. I AM 73 YEARS OLD AND LOVE TO PLAY GOLF AND THIS REALLY PRESENTS A PROBLEM.
IS THERE ANYTHING ON THE MARKET TO HELP THIS BLADDER PROBLEM?
