I have had bladder problems for 3 years but now i have severe burning and abdominal pain - i am urininating 24 times in 24 hrs, day and night and an extreme urge to urinate all the time. I am getting married in two months and no one can help me-i am becoming very depressed and inverted. My urologist did every test and i fit every profile of ic except for my bladder, he says it looks great, well thats nice but what about my problems - he says i have a bad case of overactive bladder - he has me on pyridium, vesicare, and elevil. I feel worse and i dont know what to do - i am 29 years old and an athlete. I cannot run or have a normal life. I hope someone can read this and help me find a path that will give me some relief. Thank you
