During my second pregnancy, which was 2 years ago, I only put on 11 pounds, due to anemia After the baby was born, I started to put on weight increasingly and without any changes to my diet or activity level. I am a size 16 now and over 200 pounds. I’m not a couch potato, I don’t eat junk food, I actually eat quite healthy and in reasonable portions. I got a thyroid test and it came out normal. Are there any other reasons why I could be getting so fat? And also, why is it so hard for me to lose weight even with diet and exercise? I really don’t understand and I am desperate. Comments
