During my college days, I am not interested in meditaion.. But when I am doing my post graduate my mind is not in my hand and at that time I came to know about the meditation class commenced by srm.. All said that if I meditate I wont have any problems.. On the first day class itself the master of srm called me and said about my problems and that moment I feel very calm.. Really meditation is powefull tool for keeping mind in hand.. Try it of..
