June 2007 he was diagnosed with being a carrier of the variant CF gene which has caused him to not have vas deferens. Is anyone else out there who is dealing with this same problem. We can’t afford IVF, our only hope of a biological child. We have tried IUI with donor sperm once and it was very painful. February 2008
