Enoughs enough

I have had kidney stones for the past 10 years. I am 31 and they still can only tell me that I have a low citrate level. I had the PCNL surgery on a staghorn stone that filled 80% of my kidney 8 weeks ago. I had a recently had an ultrasound and it shows that I have over 20 stones at this point in time(10 over 1cm). I do not want to do surgery anymore. I’ve tried raw apple cider vinegar, drink a gallon of water with lemon juice daily, etc. I am willing to try anything, except surgery.
