Kidney stones and stents

At 26wk preg a 8mmx7mm kidney stone was found, a stent was placed and it is to remain in until after the pregnancy. Since the stent has been in I have been unable to leave the bed, only to go to the toilet. I have a constant feeling of a tract infection and the pain is getting worse. I have been unable to work and things are not getting any better. I am now 33 wks and am finding it more painful. I feel like the pain has moved lower than it was. I am just told by my dctrs I have to put up with it, this doesn’t seem possible.
