I was diagnosed about a month ago with ic I’m 21 and have had it since I was 16. They kept telling me it was urinary tract infections.

I feel like I’m in a living hell everyday. I’m engaged to a wonderful man who accepts that I’m sick and that I can’t even have sex with him. But I’m terrified of marrying him. It’s not fair to him that he has to deal with me being sick.

I can’t get health insurance because it’s a pre-existing condition, and I’m a broke full time college student. It affects every aspect of my life, and at this point I don’t know what to do.
