To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download IC nightmare I was officially diagnosed with IC at the age of 19, but I kept thinking the doctor was wrong. I went to other specialist trying to get another opinion but in the end I just had to own up to it. It was embarrassing always going to the bathroom around my peers. They would tease and I would feel uncomfortable. Once I explained what I had they changed their ways and I met a man, my now husband who understands. I changed my diet and started taking medication. Although I still go, it is not as much, and I can listen to a whole sermon at church or watch a movie without leaving 4 to 5 times. It has been a nightmare but I have found the more honest you are with yourself and with others they sympathize and you feel better. Comments
