Hi my name is jenn I am 26 i have had IC for over a year now, and yesterday I was diagnosed with Osetoarthritis in my back I am only at the beginning stages, I am really scared I convinced my family that I have excepted it but how do you except something like that at 26. One of the things that I have to do is excercise which I have tried in the past with the IC because some things I have read it said that it is good for managing the pain, I found that it worsened mine, so I was just curious if anyone out there was diagnosed with the same thing and could give me some ideas on what type of excercises I can do. I am going to see a physical therapist in 2 weeks but I am the type that does not like to wait. I have three children, and I would like to be able to be mobile for them, if anyone out there has ANY advice I am all ears and it will be very much appreciated. Thanks to anyone who takes the time to read this Comments
