hurting for about 4 years

my name is chuck, have was told I had IC about 1 month ago. I have been to urologist after urologist over and over. finally they went in and looked at my bladder and sure enough IC they are now sending me to see a pain management doctor on June 2. I could use some help on what to say and what to tell the doctor so that I get some real help. I feel like Opanas have helped me the most with my pain. but I don’t want to go in asking for something. I know how doctors react when you start asking for stuff, but this stuff really works for me and I could use you help, and maybe talk to someone else that is taking Opanas.
