Pain Block/ other things that helped

I’ve had two of the three shots of pain block. It’s helped me not to have the excruciating pain, tho I still have bad pain sometimes.

I’ve hurt places in my genital area that I had not ever hurt before since I had my 2nd shot.I’m now leery to have the 3rd shot in that I now have a bit of trouble urinating. It takes me longer. I’m afraid it may be also blocking these nerves.

I WANT to have the 3rd shot. I’m just scared.

I have medicine instilled in my bladder when it gets really bad. I do it 3 times a week. This helps a LOT.

I have Electrical Pain Stimulation in my ankle about once every two weeks and it has helped TREMENDOUSLY in my urges to urinate.

Waiting to urinate has distended my bladder and helped TREMENDOUSLY.
