I stared to have problems with urinary tract infections or what i and other doctors thought it was for 2 years. finally i got tired of taking antibiotics and being told it was infections,i had lost all hope until my mother came down with the same problem. I went to two urology doctors and they each told me there was nothing they could do. finally my mom told me about her doctor and i went and see him. He told me i had IC and he gave me elmiron to try and if i took it how they told me to, it worked. the doctor told me they were going to take me off of it slowly and now the pain is back im only 23 years old and i pray to god that one day i can be pain free.To anyone that has this horrible problem hang in there.
