I’ve finally been diagnosed with IC just recently but it is something I’ve lived with since I was a child. Test after test just like you I thought I was going nut’s. I also have type two diabete’s, arthritis and the list goes on. I have been prescribed Elmiron for the IC after reading up on the side effects of this drug and it’s actual chemical make up I have decided not to go this route.

I’m going to try a few experiments of my own, I’ve lived with the pain so long it won’t hurt to try a little trial and error.

I’m going to try a combination of diet and a new natural from the Philipine’s called Banaba, it come’s from a native tree called by that name or otherwise known as Grape Mrytle actually quite beautiful purple flowers.

People from these countries have been using this for years to control diabete’s but research also shows help with IC and more. Most importantly no side effects known.

Another drug or conconction to note is something called DMSO I’m not so sure on this one again because of chemical composition I see. But again findings are really good and minimal side effects.

I’m going to keep a written record of diet daily regime medication’s BP weight gain or loss etc. I’ll give it about 6 mth’s and I’ll write back in with my result’s.
