  I have found that drinking distilled water does not irritate my bladder. Hard water, on the other hand, is so irritating that I know when the first drop enters my bladder. I have also found that fish oil suppliments can also be irritating. [more..]

  this is going to be 3 years wiyh i.c. [interstitial cystitis]. Like every body else i didn’t know what it was.
