I assumed I had a really bad urinary tract infection I went to my regular doctor who took a sample of my urine and automatically started me on antibiotics, which gave me a wicked yeast infection I was now dealing with two painful problems. Several doctors later and spending countless hours on the internet, I finally discovered that I may have IC I made an appointment with a doctor. He performed a Cystoscopy on me. As soon as I had that surgery I finally found some relief, However as of Thursday of last week, I started having the severe pain again, so I made an appointment with the same doctor again and the soonest I can see him is on June 6th, so in the mean time I am going to try and learn as much as I can about this horrible condition as I can. I just want a little support. Unfortunately there are no support groups in my area. I am starting to feel like I am all alone. It is really depressing. My partner is really frustrated as well. She cannot stand to see me in so much pain. I am trying to stay positive, but it is becoming really difficult, I need all the help I can get. Comments
