blood in urine and semen

ok so about a month ago i had a hard night of drinking, sex, smoking cigarettes and hookah the next morning i woke up and went pee, it was completely painless but there was a lot of blood in my urine, enough for me to voluntarily stop peeing, and stare at the toilet, i decided to finish peeing, when i looked in the toilet the water was dark brown, i was going to go to the doctor but never went.

exactly a week later i had been drinking (3 beers), i masturbated about three times and smoked a few cigarettes and took an hour nap. i woke up and i went pee again and found more blood (much less this time) in my urine, only the water was more orangish. i promptly went to the hospital fearing there was something wrong. they took my blood and my urine for tests, and they did find blood in my urine, the doctor said it COULD be bladder cancer or an STD, i went to a clinic and they took more blood and urine samples to test for STDs The doctor at the clinic was in disbelief about what the doctor at the hospital had told me, and assured me it was most likely not bladder cancer and the STD Tests all came back clear,my doctor then referred me to a urologist i stopped drinking completely and stopped having sex and cut way down on the smoking.

on easter weekend i had about 1 1/2 shots of baileys to celebrate.i smoked cigarettes that night. the next morning there was no blood in my urine. then the other night me and my friends were at the jacuzzi and i took a VERRY small sip of beer, and I smoked cigarettes and hookah that night, and again in the morning i went pee and again blood in my urine but less that the second time.im wondering if its the hookah thats overdoing it for me. each time i find blood in my urine i feel like i pass (something) all incidents are painless, other that a mild burning sensation after i pee, and all happened about 1 to 1 1/2 weeks apart i am waiting to see a urologist

yesterday i had 4 hours of pretty intense oral sex and my partner bit my penis a few times lightly but hard enough for me to jump a little i did not ejaculate. i went to bed about 5 am but masturbated before bed i ejaculated it felt completely normal but there was blood in my semen and a very small amount in my urine. what is going on and what can i do to stop this. im fairly sure it was just because of the rough sex, but i cant help, but think it might have something to do with the blood in my urine as well can someone give me some answers
thank you
