Undiagnosed

I am writing this in case someone out there may have had a similar experience. The hospital and doctors cannot find out what is wrong with me. I was told to “wait until something blows up”. Great, huh?
Started out with severe pain in my lower right abdomen which traveled around my side and sometimes would switch to my lower left abdomen. My husband took me to the emergency room when I could not stop vomiting. Hospital initially thought it was kidney stones and then my appendix. Both were ruled out and I was sent home.
Went to a doctor and all blood tests were normal but found blood in my urine. He sent me to a urologist where they inserted a camera into my bladder and found nothing. I have had dye put into my system and had an MRI Cancer was ruled out because of my blood work coming back normal. Still no answer to the blood in my urine.
I feel sick to my stomach most of the time, get dizzy spells, hair is falling out and my skin has become overly sensitive, especially to cottonwood trees and sun.
Doctor gave me meds to treat me for irritable bowel syndrome which really helps when I have an attack.
So afraid it is something much worse. I cannot afford to pay another $3,500 to keep testing me only to be told they don’t know. Sound familiar to anyone?
