Hello am a 42yr old afro Caribbean women who has been with my current partner for four years. Our sex life is dead and has been for most of the relationship on avg we have sex 1/8-10weeks. I am not sexually attracted to him but he is to me.

Recently I started working for a company and now I find myself looking at the men’s groin area this extends to the womens breast! I can’t help looking thier even though I am qute sick of myslef for doing so everyone at works know what am doing and it has become so awkward for me to be their.

No one has directly said anything to me but I feel so ashamed of myself and I am finding hard to go to work. Each week I take it one day at a time and on Mondays am already counting down until the weekend starts. My partner is like Peter Pan he has never grasp the idea of sex or kisses. My looking has become an inhibital trait How Can I Stop It?
