create an erection

for-8-9 years I cannot create an erection. I have the desire and can ejaulate. seems that as time goes on I lose size. in other words (keeps shrinking).
seldom reach climax, can,t satisfy wife.
until this srarted NO PROBLEM WITH 2-3 TIMES DAY.
several years ago had a horse wreck (bucked off) and had a lot of pain in left side , shoulder, side and lower abdoman.
went to dr. at that time.
my fault for not following. now even at age 71 losing close relation with wife. she still wants to be active and I just seem to keep shrinking.
I have tried via,livetra. (all that normally works .
ANY SUGGESTIONS???

any help would be appreciate. I have the desire but not the ability!!
