I’m not ready to wal away from Sex

I’m 61 years old. I was exposed to Agent Orange in Vietnam, which has developed into type II diabetes (they told us it was safe). I discovered I was diabetic about 10 years ago. My doctor prescribed Viagra…that worked great for a while and then I needed 2 pills, now there is little or no response. I’ve read about a product called MUSE and another product that is a self-injected medication into the side of the penis….ouch. I am asking for advice or help from anyone that has experienced what I’m going through.
