hard mass at base of penis when exited-no-erection. penile mass cut at base flask penis no peronies…?

Hi I have a strange case of impotence no urologiste as heard of. Please I need someones help!!

The main problem is that it comes and goes, so when i say that the urologist are not taking me seriously. Because if it works once it should always work and its probably in my head!!! Well its not, this is why.

When i get an erection at the base on my penis its gets very hard, very, like its going to blow , onely at the base and it cuts like a ring and the rest of the penis is soft but long as if the blood is going in but no pressur. Also the pelvic floor as i call it ( dont know if thats the real name ) gets realy hard too like theres a back flow…Is it dangerous like an anevrism….

The trouble is that sometimes I get a perfect erection no hard mass at the base??? But its not phycological because in the night most of the time it does the same thing and also in the morning. Its ben like this for two years now. I taught mabe my boddy does not produce PGE1, or is laking omega 3 needed to produce PGE1. When I did the penile doopler (PGE1) the hard lump or mass dident show up. So the urologistes are puzzled, they say every thing should be normal!

Also i was diagnos 2 parasites,a link? Blastocystis hominis trophozoites entamoeba coli Entamoeba colikystes. also my immunity is low cd4 and cd8 but no hiv or other well know virus. I’m fallowed by a hemathologist. No hiv no syphis or hepatitis or diabets, my pressur is normal, blood surgar too.. Theres no peronies or fibrosis annywhere, pancreas, liver!

I think its related to the muscle Bulbospongiosus muscle cause thats where it gets hard where the juction of the penil tissu and that muscle. Or mabe the Internal pudendal veins as i add a operation for a varicocel about 15 years ago, and they tied a vein that drains the tests that leads to in the left kidney. Mabe the anestesiant side effect, 15 yrs later? Annyone else add varicocel surgery with sid effect?

Mabe The Penile Suspensory Ligament is broken as my ex girlfriend liked to ride a little hard. Or related to the bulb of the penis cause thats exacly where the hard mass cums,onely on a stimulation. theres nothing on palpation at rest…

Please help all the uro i seen here dont have a clue. And 2 years without knowing is starting to play on me. And i just met this incredible woman…. I feel time is sliping away. Pleasur is a huge part of living, and now i dont feel i’m getting the best out of life.
