NON infectious epididymis??

I have had pain in my left tactical for a week. I went to my doctor who did a physical, urine and blood exam. She put me on DOXY diflucane and an antibiotic shot while awaiting the results but all where negative no infection or STD’s. Pain continued. I could not get a urology APP for a month so I went to the ER where they performed an ultra sound and found a scrotal pearl on my left testicle and small Hydrocle in my right but no signs of epididymis or lack of blood flow. It’s now a month later and I am still in pain. I have a urology APPT for the 23 SEPT hope pain goes away before then. But this is very stressful any advice???
