cut at middle age

I was married to my 1st wife for 4 years when I kept getting yeast infection till my foreskin was so scarred that an erection was painful, and foreskin would not slide over the head. At age of 34 I had a full circumcision We had a great sex life before then.
After having a couple stitches tear out. I then was able to father 2 boys, and wife said she felt more comfortable with my penis after the procedure.

I had noticed a few things after having it done, ( don’t know if it just me, haven’t talked about in the open before)
It has effected the size of my erections substantially, skin gets real tight and limits length and girth, plus not as sensible as it was with fore skin.

I do not know if Dr make a mistake, but I now have a bundle of nerves balled up on bottom of shaft behind the head.
Now thinking back, I would have gone with a partial, just a cut enough to relieve opening of foreskin.
This is my experience and would suggest going through the options before going all the way.
That was done 14 years ago and I know procedures have changed since then.
