29 years old with BHP

by: R.B on Fri, Mar 28 2008

It started few years ago with weak urine flow. Was a bit worry about it but left it until now. The last two years i had nocturia and lately it is getting worst and worst. I don’t want do have any invasive treatement and have been looking for natural treatment on internet . I don’t want to go to PROSCAR yet or AVODART. I am trying to change my diet first and taking saw palemeto daily (252mg) pygeum (500 mg), and zinc (46mg). Drink soy milk !!! Now it is time for me to check my PSA level regularly. The last readying was good. Will see in 6 month if it is working or not.
