    three years ago i have problem with urinating night time 4 times or more. the Dr. said after altrasound and examines that i have enlarged prostate he give me extral one taplet a day , i use it one year at least , then i read an article in arab web that grenade is to be used daily . i began eating two years ago grenade [pomegranate], believe me after two weeks i became normal sleeping and urining .
