Adrenal Gland Carcinoma

I am a 55 yr. old female with reoccurrence adrenal gland carcinoma. Last year I had a 7.8 cm tumor, adrenal gland and my kidney removed. It is back and they can not remove it this time for it is too close to my aura. I am currently on Mitotane (chemo pill). Does anyone out there know of a cure or anyone who has this? Please respond as I want to live.
